Why so long to find out? Have the jury been whittling down the long list for the past 4 months?
Whittling of any sort seems to take a disproportionately long time in Leicester. They're thorough chaps and it's to their credit.
Boo - we missed out. Turns out that the Leicester Comedy Mafia is a stronger force than we'd expected.
However, we did win a commendation for whittling.
